We are all on an amazing journey... we have all decided that 2013 is going to be our year . The year where we change ourselves in one way or another for the better.. you are not alone, when we have temptations or binges or even just one bad day dont stress too much about it and turn that bad day into a bad week just get back on it and ask for advice and support and we will all be there.. i just wanted to wish everyone good luck on their journet and well done to all who have had losses, gains or STS.. we are on route to a better healthier new us... PMA make 2013 your year as will i. :) kelly

    Hi BB

I've not done any exercise for years either so I'm just walking on my treadmill. Started slowly and am gradually building up speed (not too much) lol and the time I'm walking. I'm really enjoying it especially when I walk further than I have before. I don't know if I could cope with workouts yet. Like I said to Kelly yesterday, I'd be a health and safety hazard! Lol

I started just doing 6 mins a bit quicker than normal walking. Now I'm up to doing 22 quite brisk so pleased with myself. Do it 6 days a week so I get a day off. Been doing it nearly 3 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference huffing and puffing wise! Lol
