I know it's probably really naughty but I had 2 slices of wholemeal toast with spread and crunchy peanut butter for breakfast the other day.
By lunchtime I still wasn't hungry!

I was wondering if anyone had any idea, roughly, what the syn value would be if I use a HEXB?

I'd love to have this more often if I possibly can as for me I find I spend about 80% of my life wondering what I can eat next. Having a few hours where I'm actually satisfied was so nice!

    Thanks for your help!

    oh no!

i just googled how many syns in peanut butter and was brought here

i'm eating the exact same for my breakie, I love peanut butter, so will just have to sacrifice my syns for peanut butter sandwich (cause i put way more than a level tbsp on) every few weeks to keep the craving at bay :p
