I all, I'm starting slimming world to day for a change. Off for a meal tonight at Toby caravery. Is the veg and meat free on extra easy? Xxxx

Yes, just make sure you remove all visible fat from the meat, and try to avoid veg that looks like it's been cooked in fat. You'll have to Syn most everything else.
