Hi everyone,
I do WWPP at home & this morning was my first weight in and i only lost 4.6lbs, i feel really down about this, i was hoping for about 7lbs. From doing WW before and losing about a stone in 2weeks this has put a big downer on me.
Any advice for next week? Or to help shift them pounds?:(

How much would you like to lose? I think thats a great weight loss iv been doing pp for 6weeks and hav lost 5.5 its slow and frustrating but my feeling is the quicker you lose it the quicker it will go back on if u have a blip. Also ww is about learning about food portions and more of a life change than a quick diet to lose weight. Dont give up,that really is a good weight loss!! X

4.6lbs is a brilliant start, only 2.4lbs and you're at a 1/2 stone.

There is a Tuesday weigh in forum...you should join us and post your progress on there for motivation

Thank you for your replys i wrote a blog entry after breakfast & a chat with the h2b lol & i really wished i could have removed the thread :eek:
