Depends what you have in your fridge and whether you are red, green or EE.

How about fish and SW chips, sw spag bol, quiche and salad or any of the food in the recipes selection. There is loads there to give ideas.

Today I am having roast pork, SW style roast potatoes and lots of steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
I shall follow this by diced melon and muller light.

We are having roast chicken, new potatoes and loads of veggies....

Have you got any eggs? Maybe an omlette with some salad, you could grate some cheese into it (HEXA) or maybe a little ham.

Egg, beans & SW chips, always a good comforting meal, and eggs are free food.

It depends on what plan you are using today really, good luck with it. X

today i am having tuna couscous for lunch and for dinner i am having gamon leeks and mushrooms in a savory white sauce with rice 3 sysns (using milk from hex a) had hi fi bar for breakfast

well as its my lil ones birthday party today i am just feeding me and my husband and my friend who is also on sw and her husband so have done a lasagna which as im on ee works out at only 2.5 syns each and some salad and new potatoes

im going to have an omlette for dinner and quorn burger,sw chips and mushy peas for tea. how does that sound :)

omelette was yum yum

couldnt wait any longer as i was hungry.

my frylight was out of date so had to use some veg oil, it was only a tiny bit not even a tea spoon any ideas how many syns??
