I've upped the fruit and veg a bit today!

HEB - 27g porridge and 2 slices of wholemeal bread (400g)
HEA - 180ml semi skimmed milk and 350ml skimmed milk
Free food - Banana, plum, apple, tangerine, quark, salad, home made burgers, carrot and celery.
Syns - Ham (1 syn per 100g), 2 scan bran (1/2 syn each), Options chocolate sachet (2 syns), Mini Milk lolly (1 1/2 syns) and Alpen Light bar (3 syns), 1 tbs low fat houmous (1 1/2 syns)
Total syns - 10
 
Thats much better Hun!!! Just keep that up for the week and the weight will slide off!
