It's Monday 9th June 9am. so far I have only had a black coffee as my consultant said I could have one a day and I think I am in need of that the most first thing in the morning. will have my porridge around 10.30. Bank holiday today so the kids are off school, not sure if that will be a good thing or not. I have woken up with a cold though and haven't stopped sniffing and sneezing but I'm not going to let it deter me. The goal we have set if to lose 22kilos but that may change to even more depending on howl I feel when I reach that weight. looking forward to this journey and the new me at the end of it, hopefully!
