Is this any good? What is the texture like? I'm going to asda on my way home for some bits and bobs for my 810 and thought i'd maybe give this a try.

Just not sure what to do with it! lol! Im thinking stir fry, or grilled in my George?

Hmmm tofu is tricky as it lacks flavour. I like to marinade it in soya sauce, chilli, lime, ginger and garlic for a bit before the good old stir fry. What i would say as well is that it comes in all shapes n sizes so it worth experimenting with brands to find one you like. Personally i like it a bit runny but each to there own! Hope that helps... Normally i would say cover it in seasame oil aswell but not anymore! Xx

Tofu ... really odd stuff. The easiest way I can explain the texture is a bit like a raw mushroom ... kinda squeeky! Really doesn't taste of much though, I totally agree you need to marinade the hell out of it - if there was some way "chargrilling" it it might give it some taste so the Grill might be a good idea!
