Hi everyone!
A few months back, I popped in here and deliberated over changing from a low-calorie plan back to a low carb one.

Well, I went on my holidays, and had a fantastic time - gained 6 pounds, but now that I'm home it's time to be serious. I started LC'ing two days ago and have already dropped 4 pounds (okay, so it might be water weight... that's okay! At least the numbers are getting smaller!)
I just wanted to say hi, and I'm glad to be here - I hope I'll fit in with all you nice folks on this board. I'm in a place in my life I'm ready to make some serious lifestyle changes, and I'm looking forward to the new me
