Generally speaking they are things that are allowable once or twice a day if and only if they don't cause a stall. Have you got the book to hand? They'll be in there. I wish I could list them but I avoided them in cruise, easier that I way I found but I didnt have to do cruise long enough to get bored.
they aren't in the book i have, don't know which book they were put in, i've got three but can't see em LOL. i googled and found lists.
Only have two a day, if you don't lose weight or you stall, keep a note and avoid for a few days, if it happens again the next time you have it, then its an item you can't eat. I am like that with cornflour and normal salt soy sauce. Am ok with reduced salt.
