Tomato and Mozzarella pasta bake

Can anyone tell me how many syns a Tesco Light Choices Tomato and Mozzarella pasta bake is - the 2013 food directory says 3 syns, but when filling in the online food diary it says 2 syns!

The website generally has the most up to date values so if it said 2 on there then I'd take it as that.
