    You can use weights ( or I use bottles of water! ) and lift your arms straight up in front of you but no further than your shoulders. Doing the same to the side also helps your bingo wings! Swimming is also great exercise.

    Hi hun,

    If you google "Tricep Curls" and "Bicep Curls" you will get loads of exercises to tone up your upper arms.
