Too good to be true

So I saw that I can have a slice of flaxseed focaccia, one flatout light tortilla (7net carbs)/oopsi roll AND one atkins advantage bar (snack) DAILY including some cheese,veggies,meats/poultry and still be within 20net carbs!!! Am I "cheating" (I'm looking to maintain weight) or is this actually possible?? Sounds too good to be true to me!! Anyone out there who has flaxseed-goods/Atkins bars daily and still loosing weight??

U should be using approx 15g of ur 20g carbs for green leafy veg. Especially on induction.

Personally I'd say those things are fine but in moderation n having one of each a day is not in moderation. Sorry. Not to mention the inevitable lack of vitamins n minerals n fibre u wont be getting n the effect that'll have on digestion.
