Too Many Temptations

My wonderful colleagues at work are bringing in treats and sweets on a far too regular basis now, and it's driving me nuts!! There is only so many times I can convince myself that an apple is better. Ha!

Despite the obvious will power and feelings of being virtuous, does anyone have any tips as to how best resisit the urge? I have set myself the goal of getting to target by Christmas, and this constant temptation is really not helping!
