Too much fibre = upset tummy

Can anyone help me?

I've been doing SW for 6 weeks and have lost 1st!
I love my cereal so much and have swapped coco pops for all bran chocolate crunch (heb)! However too much fibre has resulted in a bloated upset tummy. Especially with a complete overhaul of my diet! Anything I eat upsets it more and the pain starts again. Anyone know of anything that can ease the uncomfortable feelings?

I'm getting married in February and had a baby 12 weeks ago. I don't want these pains to deter me loosing weight for my big day!

There is a thread in the main forum on bloating and much of the advice will be the same. It does pass as your system adjusts. I'd highly recommend green tea or mint tea after you eat each meal. The help it gives your digestive system is brilliant. I only have one cup of normal tea a day and then either have green tea (I get the flavoured ones from twinings because I don't like it straight) and mint tea all day.
