Too much food? Brunch?

I've just started low carb diet (hey everyone :))

So yesterday my meals were:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 4 slices of bacon (those small circular ones
Lunch: homemade cauliflower cheese
Dinner: courgette gratin, parmasan broccoli and beans, and 2 sausages
Snack: a few roasted nuts

This just felt like a lot of food to me, do you guys think that too?

So you think I could skip breakfast, and have a little bigger brunch, then skip lunch?
