Too much fruit?

I have had an apple and nectarine at lunch time, a bowl of strawberries with yogurt after my tea and just had another nectarine for supper, oh and dipped into a bunch of grapes a couple of times during the day. Is all this free or should I count some of it and how much?

As far as I am aware the recommend you point anything over 5 palm size portions a day. So providing your not eating a massive bowl of strawberries you should be ok
