Hi Im a lil curious as a fellow SW member at work has said that I am eating too much fruit. Can that be right? Im eating a medium sized tupperware box of cut up fruit so for example today i had a quarter of a honeydew melon, 6 strawberries, a handful of grapes, 1 clementine and 1 banana.... This is throughout the whole day. I dnt think thats too much fruit but he seems to think thats the reason why i gained 2lbs last week.
