i think i might leave it a bit. I just sit in my jim jams all day lol. and then when i am going out i wear my maternity clothes but use a belly belt (you know the ones to support your bump) to hold my clothes up.
I refuse to buy any new clothes. waste of money as i wont be this weight for long :)

I just dont understand how my wedding ring wont fit?

I would deffo try some of your pre-preg clothes on, you may suprise yourself!

Go and have a look at them now, choose something that isn't fitted as your body shape will have changed since the pregnancy.

Go on, you know you want too really :)

hi there - hate to tell you but when i got preg with 1st son hand and feet swole so took rings off at 30 weeks n had to wear flip flops. couple of weeks after giving birth i weighted less than i did before i got pre but hand and feet never went down - had to get ring re sized and feet went from 6 till 7. never have gone back down .

thankly 2nd preg went back down couple of days after birth.

i read about this in pregnancy magazone but didnt think it was true till it happened to me.

defo try the clothes before trousers drop at your ankles some day your out ;)

I am so glad you did it, well done!!! Thats blooming brilliant!!!!

About the ring, your fingers will def shrink when you have lost 5 stone, but don't worry if it takes a while, it took months after I had my kids before I got my rings back on, but eventually had to get them made much smaller.

I know for a fact you will lose the weight hon, I love your determination xxx

thank you.
I am doing it for my son and no one else. Hes everything to me and one night i sat talking to my husband and said after all the troubles i had breastfeeding (and trust me there was alot and it was soooooooooo bloody hard but i didnt give in) why couldn't i put that to use and loose weight as i always start a diet loose half a stone and then stop as i get complacent. So my husband said well why dont you do it for Mikey? You want to run after him and play with him and keep up with him why dont you do it for him as you did the breastfeeding as you knew it was good for him.
And since then its like a lightbulb went on in my head and i havent even wanted to falter once!

So when hes older and says oh my god mummy you lost loads of weight i will say i did it for you. xxx

Well done for perservering and succeeding with the bf'ing, I rememebr all to well how hard it is. My son has ferlux, so right after I bf him he would be sick, and looking fed again. Eventually I had to top him up with bottles, and eventually he would only take a bottle. I was devastated!!

Anyway, if you can get thro the early days of bf, you can do anything lol!!!

yea he was born with tongue tie. Undiagnosed till he was 3 weeks and then it was 6 weeks till he was snipped. which meant cracked bleeding nipples for me and weight loss for him he went from 6lbs 12 at birth to 6lbs 4 :( When we had it established he got oral thrush and i got it on my nipples and the PAIN!!! OMG nothing like it. My whole breast would feel like it was being shot all the time not just when feeding. We had that for 8 weeks!
But now its fine.
