Top of my arms (Bingo Wings)

    Ok on week 5 of CD+ doing ok........ not struggling to much just have to keep busy :rolleyes: this involved online shopping:sigh: which has resulted in a spare of the moment buy of a lovely jacket for an event I am going to in 4 weeks !!
    The problem is even though I have lost an inch from the afore mentioned bingo wings the jacket is still very tight:mad: on my arms................ and I seem to have stopped losing inches from this area??? does anybody have any hints or tips as to the best way to get rid of maybe 1/2 to an inch in the next 4 weeks :confused: (The jacket fits great otherwise)

    Get some weights and to some tricep exercises. It helps tighten the muscles.

    Put your arm straight above your head and bend your arm towards the back of your neck. Repeat on other arms with weights you will notice a difference.
