Monday Red Day:

Brekkie: French Toast and blueberries with bacon (1 hex b)

Lunch: Cheese (hex a), ham and tomato toastie (hex b) with ketchup (1 syn) muller light

Dinner: Chicken and roasted veg in fajita seasoning (2 syns) with cheese (hex a) and salad

Exercise: 30 mins Davina Pump, lots of running about in the snow!!

Day 2 Red Day:

Brekkie: 2 slices nimble (hex b), low fat spread and marmite (2 syns)

Lunch: French toast (hex b) with blueberries and bacon

Dinner: Steak with roasted veg, tomato sauce (2 syns)

Snacks: fruit, mullers, cheese (hex a)

Exercise: none yet!!

Day 3 Red Day - went over on syns yesterday so have to be sensible today!

Brekkie: 2 slices french toast (hex b) with bacon, banana and blueberries

Lunch: Same as brekkie (need to use stuff up as going away friday!)

Dinner: Homemade burgers (no bun) with salad, cheese (hex a x 2) and tomato ketchup (2 syns)

Exercise: 30 mins Davina Pump (done already!) and loads of walking :D

After a nightmare birthday weekend - stuck in snow for 12 hours when i was supposed to be off to Paris, i have got my head into gear and ready for week 2.

Today Red Day:

Brekkie:
2 boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 mushrooms, tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Lunch:
Chicken salad with dressing (2 syns) muller and fruit

Dinner:
Homemade burgers, potato wedges (hex b) cheese (hex a) salad and ketchup (2 syns)

Snacks: Laughing cow ex light, 2 slices nimble (hex a & b), apple, muller

Wednesday: Red Day

Brekkie:
loads of mixed berries with a muller on top

Lunch:
Chicken salad with parmesan (hex a) caesar dressing (4 syns)

Dinner:
Chicken, onions & peppers in fahita seasoning (2 syns) with salad and cheese (hex a)

Snacks: mullers, 2 slices nimble with lf spread and marmite (2 syns & hex b), cherries, ryvita minis (hex b)

Those fajitas sound lovely, Im going to give that a bash at the weekend. I love food that is easy to make, but tastes good.
