Tortilla Topped Quorn Bake

    Tortilla Topped Quorn Bake
    This recipe has been altered and I worked out the points myself.

    Ingredients

    • 5 spray low-fat cooking spray
    • 2 portion quorn fillet, sliced
    • 1/2 can Campbells Condensed 99% Fat Free Mediterranean Tomato Soup
    • 1/2 can Tesco Hot & Spicy Mixed Beans
    • 20 g Asda Ready Salted Tortilla Chips
    • 30 g half-fat cheddar cheese
    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to Gas 4/180 c/ 350 f.
    2. Spray pan with low fat cooking spray cook quorn for 3-4 mins.
    3. Add soup and beans and mix well. SImmer for 5 mins.
    4. Place in a heatproof serving dish, sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese and bake for 10 mins until cheese has melted.

    Got this receipe from an old WW freebie book from Prima magazine, the original receipe was Tortilla Topped Chicken Bake and it uses 200g chicken thighs cubed - cook for an extra couple of mins in point 2. The points value will be 6 per serving.
