Count the carbs and keep measurements accurate -- if not, you may not hit ketosis....my frst week I ate a small pacakge of blueberries everyday -- and was in ketosis day 4...but I followed the above advice...

keep on working to your target --- everyone here is so helpful :)

Thanks nina and welcome back! Your right everyone is so helpfull and patient .... As I seem to have 101 questions I need to ask. This diet is so different to my usual mindset and I want to get it right! The support really helps.
