What's the most weight lost? How long have u been on it? Success stories and people doing it please , just like to know how it works , plus has anyone started from 22st love to hear from you all.

I have 5 days of Cambridge left then was thinking of jumping on exante for cheapness really.

I lost almost 4st in 2009 with Cambridge but then became ill and over the last 4 years put it all back on. I've only just started Exante but the shakes are exactly like Cambridge ones, the porridge tastes the same as well. The only thing I miss are the Cambridge chocolate bars but people have said you can use some Tesco ones instead.

There is also a Facebook Exante page for support (Slimming with Exante), plus a page where you can swop any flavours you don't like (Exante swapsies and sell), and people on there have lost loads of weight so I'm sure the losses are equivalent to Cambridge - the main advantage is the price and also not having to buy through a Consultant!
