Extra Easy Days Totally off plan!!

Hi everyone

I'm totally at a loss with my weight loss journey at the minute I was doing ok with the plan and I am running minimum 5k three times a week but last Monday (weigh in) I gained 2lb I hadn't totally stuck to the plan so I expected the gain however I've not been able to get back on plan since and I'm already thinking I won't go to weigh in tomorrow coz I will be due a massive gain and I'm totally embarrassed as I have lost control :(

Think I will go back to writing a food diary and get back on plan this week and go to class next week!!

Just go to class and accept whatever gain you have. If you dont want to discuss it in front of group you can ask your leader not to. I made the mistake of leaving group at the start of this year i never went back and also never got back onto the diet until recently. Dont make the same mistakes i did xx

Nip it in the bud, go to group, and accept this as a new start. Don't wait until several months down the line when you've undone all your hard work!

Hi there, as difficult as it may seem it perhaps would be better to face the music and get back on track. Dont put off the W I, it will help you get back in control again. We all do this from time to time, you are certainly not alone hun, just get back on the horse and you will complete the journey. We are all behind you, we have all done it!!!!! Good luck, you will do it

I would agree go back to class, accept your gain and get back on track and I bet you have a fantastic loss next week.

good luck at your wi, make sure you go....you'll feel loads better afterwards even if its a gain just because you can start afresh. keep up the hard work :)
