TOTM.... And weight loss

Hey guys I'm on week 4 and it's TOTM how does this affect your weight loss ? I really don't feel like I have lost much if anything this week ?!

Last time I done the diet TOTM meant either a small (1-2lb) loss of an STS x

Well it's weigh day .... I lost 3lbs I'm really surprised as I don't feel like I have lost !

Woohoo well done on the loss.

Last year when I did exante I got my totm in the first week and didn't lose a single lb.
This year I got my totm in the first week of starting again and I lost 13lbs

Last week I lost 1lb on TOTM AND I'd been off plan one night and had curry so it's not always bad news....x

Well done boo! In the past, I have had a smaller loss when its TOTM but then a massive one the week after! So you might find you get a bigger loss next week x

I've just finished week 4 & had TOTM all week, it didnt really seem to affect my loss for the week, although I was ill too, so probably wouldnt have lost as much if I had been well.....

Personally I've never found that it does
