Do you find that your weight dosent change just before your totm?

I am just woundering if thats y I stayed the same this week

Ive always found that I retain water during my totm, anything from 1-3lbs worth....Could well be why you sts, I bet you show a double loss next week xx

Well i gained ½lb last wk and this week its TOTM and i lost 2lb.
I think my body is weird,as i felt really heavy this morning.
STS is good for TOTM.xx

Definately!!! i reckon if its totm and you've stayed the same thats pretty darn good!!!

My friend gained a pound at last weeks weighin although she had been 100% but it was day before TOTM - what was worse was it was her actually birthday - i could have cried for her!!!! Think totm has a lot to answer for!!!

Hmm im using totm as my excuse. Its my first week and scales are satying the same. Due on in a week so could be why?
