Attack Tough day

woke up this morning all excited to take children to paignton zoo, planned food took yoghurt and chicken for snack. we have been there before and there restaurant normally has a cold meat section to go with salads so knew could stick to diet

But to my horror :cry:when approaching the resturant area there was no cold meat section but instead greasy smelling food, knew i could not give in so dinner consisted of half pack of chicken and a coffee.

Couldnt wait to get home was so hungry made up beef burgers with garlic and chilli flakes and couldnt cook them quick enough on george forman.

lesson learned never travel without home cooked dukan food

Absolutely! Well done on not ceding... I read somewhere that each time we say "no", we strengthen our "resistance" muscle and it's that much easier the next time to so do. However, when we give in, we're strengthening the already strong for most of us "giving in" muscle, making it that much more likely we'll do so at the next hurdle.

Food for thought!
