    Saturday 6th August - EE day

    First thing ~ coffee (dash of milk 1/2 syn)

    Breakfast ~ muller light, pineapple and greapes.

    mid-morning ~ mugshot

    Lunch ~ jacket potato, baked beans and cheese (HE a)

    Mid-afternoon ~ apple

    Dinner ~home-made beef burger, wholemeal roll (HE b) bacon, lettuce, tomato, home-made salsa, cheese (2 syns) home-made coleslaw (1.5 syns) slimming world chips.

    Evening ~ coffee (milk 1 syn) eton mess (2.5 syns)

    1xfizzy cola bottle (1syn)

    Total syns: 7.5

    Sunday 7th August - green day

    First thing ~ Tea (dash of milk 1/2 syn) apple, banana.

    Breakfast ~ tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, potatoes (all fried in fry light).

    Mid-morning ~ apple

    Lunch ~ wholemeal roll (H/E b) flora light (1/2 syn) cheese (H/E a) beetroot, muller light, 1/2 pack french fries crisps (2.5 syns), apple.

    Mid-afternoon ~ pot shot

    Dinner ~ slimming world chips, cheese (H/E a) baked beans, coleslaw (1 syn)

    Evening ~ Fizzy cola bottle (1 syn), coffee (milk 1 syn), grapes. wholemeal bread (1/2 H/E b) mug shot.

    Total syns - 6.5

    Exercise ~ long walk along pebble beach.

    Monday 8th August - Green day

    First thing ~ Coffee (milk-dash 1/2 syn)

    Breakfast ~ missed breakfast

    Mid-morning ~ coffee (milk-dash 1/2 syn) supernoodles 0%fat, quorn snack pack pieces.

    Lunch ~ missed lunch somehow (not good i know) not like me, busy day!

    Mid-afternoon ~ mug shot, slimming world chips and cheese (H/E a) and muller light ice pop.

    Dinner ~ chicken (H/E b) cabbage, brocoli, cauliflower, new potatoes and gravy made with bovril.

    Evening ~ eton mess (3.5 syns)

    Total syns - 4.5

    Exercise ~ 20 minutes zumber + warm up and cool down.

    Mid-morning ~ super noodles 0% fat


    Lunch ~ mug shot, 4 ryvita (H/Eb), 2 laughing cow light (H/Ea), cherry tomatoes and an apple


    Mid-afternoon ~ 1/2 curly wurly (3 syns)


    Dinner ~ quorn chilli and rice


    Evening ~ Tea (milk dash 1/2 syn) s/w ferrerorocher(4 syns)

    Dinner ~ pasta with tomato based sauce

    Mid-afternoon - grapes

    Dinner - s/w chicken pie (1 syn ) broccoli, runner beans, 2 mini cheese cakes (1 syn)

    Evening - yogurt, apple, 3 mini cheesecakes (1.5 syns)

    Exercise - 60 mins cycling

    Right I am starring a fresh after being away for a while.

    Tuesday 3rd January 2012 (Extra easy)

    Breakfast - sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and 2 rashers bacon.

    Snack - mug shot and 1 slice whole meal granary bread.

    Lunch - ham, chips, beetroot, pickled onions and pickle (2syns)

    Snack - celery filled with light cream cheese (1 syn)

    Dinner - jacket potato, cheese h/e, baked beans, salad with fat free dressing and beetroot

    Evening snack - Cadbury chocolate biscuit (2.5 syns)

    Total syns :- 5.5 syns

    Exercise :- none
