SATURDAY

BREAKFAST
Yellow portion pot of branflakes, skimmed milk, a banana - 200

LUNCH
WW hearty veg soup, food doctor cereal pitta - 280

DINNER
RC Solo slim veg curry pouch, broccoli and carrots - 200


SNACKS
Fat free yoghurt - 100
fat free yoghurt - 100
Snack a jack rice cake - 50
Snack a jack rice cake - 50
6 ryvita thins - 240
Grapes, strawberries and blueberries - 180

4 x 500ml bottles of water ( I carry this around religiously!)

Total 1500 - (allowance 1500)
 
MONDAY - am on nights at the mo so a bit weird guaging when to eat !!!

BREAKFAST
Branflakes (yellow portion pot) skimmed milk, banana - 220

LUNCH
4 crackers with tesco lighter garlic and herb soft cheese - 200


DINNER
WW vegetarian quiche - 250
Mash with skimmed milk - 100
Heniz reduced sugar and salt baked beans - 100

SNACKS
Banana - 120
Tesco lighter choice choc mousse - 75
Blueberries, grapes, strawberries, apple - 150

2 cups of green tea - (yuk hate it but supposed to be good for you):cry:

4 bottles of 500ml water

TOTAL - 1200 am doing a fat booster day today (RC remcommeds this one day a week to boost weightloss - should be on 1500 cals ordinarily)
 
Haven't done this for ages due to lack of time and not noting exactly what I have eaten so need to re-focus ...............

Approx 1000 cals, supposed to be on 1500 but had a bad few days so need to get back on track

Just had another yoghurt so now 1150 x

On nightshift so not a normal eating day - I have been told by my consultant that she does not think that I eat enough as when I have been really good and expect a loss (this means less that my 1500 cal allowance) I lose for example half a pound and am disappointed and when I am not so good I tend to lose 2lb - weird I know anyway here is today.....


2am - muller corner yoghurt - 150
12 grapes - 50
Mini pod of Jaffa cakes - 150

BREAKFAST

LUNCH

After going to bed was starving !!!!

RC Soloslim Lentil soup - 115

Still hungry so then ...........

2 x Walkers baked sour cream and chive - 200 (I love these !!!)
1x mini pod of jaffa cakes - 150

DINNER

1 x low fat yoghurt - 100
1 slice of granary bread toasted - 100
Half a small can of lighter choice baked beans - 75

4 x ryvita thins with Tesco extra light garlic and herb soft cheese - 200


Total - 1665 ooops supposed to be 1500 but all within the 5% fat rule and I find staying awake all night and not eating hard !!!
 
Need to take account of what I am eating so am going to try and complete this daily but it is hard when you are busy and work shifts .......

BREAKFAST

LUNCH

2 small slices of granary bread with with cucumber and tomato with lighter choice salad cream, no spread - 175
