HERE I GO AGAIN !!!!!!!
Thought I would start posting a diary as I'm having small losses,but don't think I'm eating enough and have been having a few too many off plan days I think :(

Hoping doing this will keep me on the straight and narrow !!!!!
 
Right here goes!!!!!!!!

Mon .30.5.2011

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs,mushrooms,beans and tinned tomatoes.

Lunch

Thai curry rice with red peppers,onions and sweetcorn.

Snack

Banana chopped with vanilla yoghurt. 1 extra light laughing cow triangle( part hex b)

Dinner

Jacket potatoe,salad,left over rice from lunch,tuna in water (hex b),sweetcorn,1tbsp extra light Mayo .

Hex a = milk + I extra laughing cow triangle
Hex b= tuna
2 alpen light bars ( yet to be eaten ! )

Syns = 1tbsp red Thai curry paste. 0.5 syns

1tbsp extra light Mayo. 0.5 syns

I think that's all !!!!
 
I take it you're not a big fruit fan then Tracy?? :) Your day looks good to me otherwise. I keep thinking i should do a food diary on here.

Scrambled eggs,1be good to yourself sausage and 1tbsp ketchup

Snack

2alpen light bars

Lunch

Thai curry rice with onion and sweetcorn,chopped salad with balsamic vinegar

Vannilla yoghurt.

Dinner

Leftover curry rice,mince and peppers and grated cheese,1tesco finest burger.


1banana

Syns

Thai curry paste x2 =1
1bgty sausage = 4.5
1tbsp ketchup =1
1tesco finest burger = 7.5(I know !!!!!)
Total= 14

Hex A =milk and 28 g cheese
HexB = 2alpen bars and 100 g healthy living pork mince

This really helps writing this all down :)
