Training before eating?

I only do that if I know it's a workout thats really early morning!
Metafit at 7am or 8am usually, cant eat that early and any food usually makes me feel sick.
Wouldn't do it if I was doing a run though
 
I prefer to run/workout on an empty stomach, if I have even the smallest meal I have to leave it a good three hours or I will redecorate the floor! I was like this long before I gave up the carbs too....I will generally exercise for an hour or two when I get up, then when work permits more exercise in the evening providing I haven't eaten too recently. I even did Insanity first thing on an empty stomach, I felt great.
 
I run Early morning and don't have time to eat before hand so yeah I run on empty stomach and hasn't done me any hard

Last 2 weeks I've lost 9 lb

Thanks. Day off yesterday so went out on the bike for a bit, found out 45 minutes on my bike burns 330 calories, 45 minutes running does 600 calories......think ill be running more than cycling lol
