I have to stay in a travel lodge for a couple of days and have booked breakfast. Does anyone know what is served, is there any ham, fruit, yogs, scrambled egg or anything Sw friendly on the menu?

    Thanks

I know they have fruit, toast and also cereals. Last time I stayed there, I had fruit, 2 weetabix and a bit of milk :)
I imagine they MIGHT have wholemeal toast? I can't remember, so don't quote me. If so that could be a B choice..

I was in one in June and had lots of fruit salad and toast and beans for breakfast. It was delicious and easily worked into sw.
