I've just been on scales and lost over 4lbs I'm so happy, I normally have a fattening meal as a treat for my tea on weigh day but don't think I'm going to if I don't I might lose a good amount again nxt week and it might help me to stop thinking as food as a treat, and that might help me keep weight off once I've lost it all.xxx

Hi. Well done, thats great. I am very new to this and have my 2nd weigh in tonight at WW and am really considering a chinese or indian food treat but hopefully I will feel the same as you when I step on those dreaded scales! x

Congrats on the loss! That's a brilliant achievement. That's a good way to help train your brain to dissassociate achievement with food :)

Thank you I'm still not having anything bad to eat just cooking homemade wedges chicken and stir fry veg for tea I'm very proud of myself, before I would have had chippy or Chinese but not today.xxxx
