Extra Easy Treat Free Wkend

Hey All,

I'm planning on have a treat free wkend to help me get my 3.5lb off for Monday. So far so good, went for a 30min walk this morning, followed by breakfast of 2x Weetabix & Banana. No Snacks till lunch, which was a sweet chilli chicken salad. (yum)
Here's hoping I can keep it going rest of 2day and then onto 2moro. :)

By treat free do you mean syn free? I don't think it's a good idea to go completely syn free. To be honest you are not saving enough calories to be affect your weight loss (only 400 calories over two days) and actually making it more likely that you fall off the wagon because you are depriving yourself.

The SW plan is designed so you will lose weight so why tamper with it? It works!
As patchwork & vanilla say, you should have 5 syns a day at least. You can use them on stuff that isn't treats you know! Maybe some extra cheese or cook with oil.
Thanks for all ur concern but I didn't mean no syns, I meant as in I will try stay of treats, as in, biscuits etc. I'm still having my syns. :)
