i don't count my wednesday night treat, clock starts ticking again in morning when i get up :D x

thats good news lol, was just thinking cos ive read on here that using pro points you have to be quite strict and not go over where as with the old points system you could afford a lil bit of extra sometimes. obviously hasnt made a diff with your losses though :D x

I do count mi e- but I eat very few points on a weigh in day- mainly fruit so always have tons left.

Everybody is different though.

Same as Smirnoff! If my WI was in the morning then it would probably be different, but since I only get home at about 8pm I don't think much damage can be done

I always have treat after wi no matter what the scales say, Thursday is always start of new week for me. I get weighed in the evening too. after a week of counting I feel the need to not count just for a few hours! Sometimes the treats fit into my weekly points that I have left over, sometimes they don't. X

i think it also depends on the number of points you are on, i am on 29 and need every last one of them but some people are lucky enough to be on 40 points so should have some spare for treats x

depends how you define "lucky" lol I'm on 35 and would prefer to be on 29 points daily as that would mean i weighed much less than i currently do!!

I dont have a treat day as i weigh in the morning so i start that day as a new day / week ...although recently ive not been pointing much :mad::cry:

im so glad you said that smirnoff im on 29 aswell and i keep reading how everyone cant eat all there points and im eating every single one bar one day where i had 2 left. i was begining to feel like a rite pig lmao x

I count mine.. every single point. I used to have the tuesday night binge but it was just keeping my bad habits.
Me too. I'm absolutely OCD about recording my points (to my boyfriends amusement/frustration) but I'd always wonder if I didn't lose weight the next week if it was because I'd splurged the week before. :)

You gotta do what works for you though. x

i count my wi day as the start of my new week but i wi first thing in the morn,, so 29pp for the day and 49pp for the week:)

I only joind last saturday but have managed to keep most of my weeklies for after weigh in tomorrow.

I am on 37 a day through the week which is enough for all 3 meals and plenty of snacks as well so I am lucky in that.

Don't really want to eat as I like on a saturday because I could go really mad. I intent on having my wine and a nice meal and hoping its within my weeklies!!

I WI on a Friday and like to have something nice if I am not going out over the weekend (tonight it will be a WW pizza and a Fry's Turkish Delight) but will point it because as far as I'm concerned, that is what the weeklies are for. I aim to give the plan 100%.

I WI on a friday, and it's my last day of "the week". So any PP I have, I save. I WI unofficially with the OH in the morning (Fat Fighters!) and them WW in the evening, so if I have a lot of weeklies I usually go nuts afterwards! lol.

New week starts on Saturday - perfect timing...

and me. I count every point obsessively too - no treats for me as I am on 29 points and I try not to use my weeklies either.

how are you coping with that i thought they were there to be used and cut down if needed nearer target? are you close to target? :) x

pmsl me too i was horrofied when i read "tries not to use weeklies" had to ask how the heck she does it think id be eating the table leg :hide:
