Tried all the flavours now.....and the verdict is......

Ok so I've now tried one of everything.
Shakes I like
1.Choc
2. Banana
3.Vanilla
4.Strawberry.
Given a choice I wouln't have the strawberry though.

Bars....Choc orange is deffo a favourite, I find the raisin one quite salty.

Soups.
1.Mushroom
2.Tomato and Basil
3. Vegetable
4. Thai chicken.....I can't eat this one, its vile. Luckily me and my mam went hlafs on a months supply, and she doesn't like the mushroom and loves the thai chicken, so we've swapped.

I had a bit of a wobble on Sunday, hubby had a chinese and I ate some salt and garlic chips. We've now had a good chat about not having anything like that until we're both at goal (he's not on exante) and so that wont be an issue again. I gained 1lb as a result on Monday and I still haven't shifted that this morning, so am hoping I'll see a change tomorrow.
