Puddings Tropical trifles!

I made these veggie-friendly, boozy trifles today and they are yummy!

4.5 syns for two trifles

Ingredients

1 trifle sponge (1 syn)
20ml rum (2 syns)
1 pot Hartley's low calorie mango and passion fruit jelly (0.5 syn)
fresh pineapple
banana
1 pot quark
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp coconut essence
1 square of chocolate (1 syn)

  • Put chunks of trifle sponge into the bottom or 2 nutella glasses/posh glasses.
  • Pour 2 tsp of rum on to each sponge.
  • Add jelly, then pineapple, then banana.
  • Make topping by mixing quark, splenda and coconut essence.
  • Top with finely grated chocolate.
(For a non-veggie version, perhaps use any jelly and/or quark mixed with a sachet of Caribbean Coconut Options.)
