Trouble With Avatar

Hi could anyone tell me how to put my avatar on please Im trying to get used to using the site sent 2 messages yesterday instead of one and my tracker wasnt working hopefully it will now.

Found yesterday really hard being a saturday hope today will be better.

You need to have posted a certain amount before you can add an avatar I believe....

I find weekends really difficult too, never thought I would be looking forward to a monday!!!
