TRUE OR FALSE?

Hi just wondering.....some people say if you on a VLCD you can still have a treat eg biscuit, choc bar etc and this helps speed up your metabolism helping you lose weight faster is this true or does it just destroy your diet? WI day tomorrow dreading it as think ive gained :(
 
It will destroy your diet and you might be kicked out of ketosis and even worse, you will put weight back on because that stuff is full of bad carbs and sugars! My advice: don't do it, it's not worth it!
 
dont do it.... slippery slope as elaine says..... if that was true, we'd all be chomping away..... but unfortunately not. :-(

i have a cup of coffee (with milk and sweetener) every morning and a cup of tea (with milk n sweetener) on a night before bed. thats my limits of been naughty. just sniff the biscuits (i do, am i insane?)

Definitely not true, although I wish it was. Finished the first week and I'm gagging for a biccy with my tea.
Hold out, it'll all be worth it in the end. :)
