I have a personal training session once a week and we always use the TRX machine for 30 mins. It is very hard work, but I know it is making a difference. I've been using it now for 4 months and I still hurt after each exercise! It really does focus you on being in the right position and working correctly eg posture etc.
It is extremely versatile, you use it for legs, arms, core and your body weight is used as the resistance.
I would recommend finding someone to show you how it works before purchasing it, as you need to work out the measurements of the straps for different exercises, plus the hand grips change alot. Hope this helps
