Trying again

Hi All, thought I should write in today as I am in need of some motivation. Started llt in November and have lost 18lbs,it could have been more but I have been nibbling on and off throughout! This week has been the worst as I don't have a weigh in till the newyear I have been eating non stop, all proteins and the ll bars, So today I have decided to put a stop to it and just stick to the shakes, Wish me well!!!!

I went out for 2 meals last week and after that all I could think of was one of the meals I ate it was the nicest thing I think I had every eaten! So a few days later I proper puffed out with dorritos and cold chips! Don't ask! Any way I now am back focused and my heAd is in a better place. When I go back in Jan 9th I'm hoping I will be just 2st off my original goal.
