Trying to get back on the WAGON!!

I have 10lbs to lose - could probably lose more but being around 10stone seems to suit me - I'm 5ft 3in - like you I exercise - I run 3-4 miles 3/4 times per week & yet the weight is slow to go.
I've managed to lose & find these same 10lbs multiple times over the years - it's a real pain in the ass as when I'm losing I feel great, confidence returns, energy, motivation etc but when some sort of life change happens & I get a little thrown off course I just lose my control!!
I've never been on a forum like this but feel I need the support - I don't want to go back to classes, I work in a clinic part time my hours can be erratic the rest of the time I study at home all I think about is what to eat next!!!
I track on an app on my phone which is handy - I'm on 29 daily & 49 weekly.
I eat loadsa fruit n veg...probably too much fruit though...ugh it's a vicious circle!!
I need help, encouragment, motivation - I've exams coming up soon & want to be in the right frame of mind in every way to finish my degree!!
Inspiration needed.

5ft 3in 10st 8lbs - goal 10 st (dream 9st 7lb....)
