TS week 5 - Food, help

    Hi All,

    Sorry I have not been on in a while, have just been so very busy at work, hopefully though things are starting to calm down.

    I have just started Week 5 on TS and have to eat a 400kcal meal. I am finding it most naughty to eat, I know I am allowed to eat, but it still feels naughty.

    Has anyone got any ideas for meals that they are doing or have done? I had a piece of chicken with spinach and courgettes, and will have some strawberries in my shake and some milk, hopefully that will make up my 400kcal's.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Chicken, pork or fish with the allowed veggies is fine. Watch the strawberries in the shake, as they might knock you out of ketosis. There are some meal ideas on the working solution thread. Good luck!
