TT Needs to get rid of the 3lb gain!!

    Monday

    Breakfast
    Beans & dry fried egg

    Lunch
    Mixed salad with boiled eggs

    Snacks
    Fruit
    Ryvita minis (HEB)

    Dinner
    Quorn chicken, rice, sweetcorn and tinned tomatoes.

    Snacks
    All bran with banana.

    HEA = semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Ryvita minis + All bran.

    Syns = zero :D

    Tuesday

    Breakfast
    Bacon butty and a pear

    Snack
    Fruit

    Lunch
    Turkey & boiled egg salad

    Snacks
    Fruit

    Dinner
    SW chips, mushy peas, chicken and fried mushrooms

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Small wholemeal breadcake

    Syns = zero

    Wednesday

    Breakfast
    Porridge oats with banana

    Snack
    Pear

    Lunch
    Mixed salad with chicken and mayo [WCS= 7 syns]

    Snacks
    Fruit

    Dinner
    Rice, tinnedtomatoes, quorn chicken

    Snacks
    2 custard creams [6 syns]

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Porridge oats

    Syns = 13 [max.]

    Thursday

    Breakfast
    All bran and a pear

    Snack
    Apple

    Lunch
    Plain salad with half a big wholemeal breadcake

    Snacks
    Fruit

    Dinner
    Mushy pea curry

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = All bran + wholemeal bread

    Syns =

    Friday = weigh day!!!

    Well after all that, I lost 1lb. Need to continue until the whole lot has gone!!!

    Snack
    1/2 muffin [9 syns] Practically rammed down my neck :(

    Lunch
    Pasta, FF cottage cheese, cucumber, radish, onion and boiled egg. Apple crumble Shape 0% yoghurt [1/2 syn]

    Snacks
    Yoghurt
    Ryvita minis
    Fruit

    Dinner
    Vegetable stirfry with a savoury rice

    HEA = semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Weetabix crunchy bran + Ryvita minis

    Syns = 9.5

    SATURDAY

    Breakfast
    Weetabix crunchy bran

    Lunch
    Beans & SW fried egg.

    Snacks
    1/2 happy meal burger [unsure of syns :(]
    Mugshots
    4 jellies [8 syns]

    Dinner
    Mushypea curry and mash.

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Weetabix crunchy bran

    Syns = Unsure :confused: probably more than I should have :(

    SUNDAY

    Breakfast
    Weetabix crunchy bran with banana

    Lunch
    2 very small wholemeal breadcakes with bacon, egg and tomatoes

    Snacks
    Fruit
    Crisps [6 syns]

    Dinner
    Chinese :mad: [way way more syns than I should have had]

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk
    HEB = Weetabix crunchy bran + wholemeal breadbuns

    Syns = Unsure :confused: probably more than I should have had again :(

    Monday = next weigh day!!!

    TT - you need to have at least 5 syns a day. Without them you are not following the plan 100%.

    Thanks Denise, I know the 5 syn rule, but I struggle because if I have something naughty but nice, I tend to want more and more, if that makes sense, and end up going over my syns lol.

    Thank you though, I will definitely keep it in mind :) xx

    I maintained this morning, so I still have 2lb to go!!

    MONDAY

    Breakfast
    Weetabix crunchy bran with milk

    Snack
    Fruit

    Lunch
    Large salad with boiled egg and tuna mayo [WCS 7 syns]

    Snacks
    Ryvita minis
    Fruit

    Dinner
    Bacon, boiled eggs, beetroot, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes

    Had a major chocolate binge tonight :mad: grrr!! Syns have probably gone way way more than what I should have!! Gutted!! Why do I do this to myself :cry:

    HEA = Semi-skimmed milk;
    HEB = Weetabix crunchy bran + ryvita minis;

    Syns = Blown it!!! Way more than allowed!! :wave_cry:
