Weight: 212lb

Breakfast = beans with fried eggs
Snacks = fruit
Lunch = homemade veg soup with 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEB)

Hey, good luck with journey. I fell off wagon also but eventually got back to it, hardest part is getting started again and you've done that already :)
