Back from my great holiday and straight back on the shakes have struggled a bit but very happy that i have lost 3lb
I have tried to update my ticker but it wont allow me to does it 'block' you if you dont access it regularly

i stuck to bacon and scrambled egg mushrooms for breakfast
lunch and dinner was plenty of salad and plain fish/meat
did have a couple of drinks lol!! very nice but i was straight back on the shakes when i got home

that is brilliant fraggle...did you refeed before your holiday or just go straight from shakes to that?

I did refeed for a week which was harder than I expected probably due to lack of self control at the end of the week
