    I had a loss of 2lbs this week.

    Well done! I was a Tuesday weigher... but I gave in and weighed yesterday instead!

    I lost 1lb this week which I am chuffed about as I was at my brother's wedding from thursday to saturday. Didn't stick to the diet at all! Also ate rubbish on Sunday so can't be happier! Good luck to all the other tuesday weighers. xxx

    A little 1/2 a lb for me! Well it was my birthday last week and I majorly pigged out so I'm just glad I didn't gain. x

    16. 3 1/4 pounds today, i weigh myself everyday in the mornin i carnt help it. i have these amazeing new weight watcher scales that weigh to the quarter of the pound, there ace.

    i gained a lb but it came off over night damit wish it was a day earllyer.

    Hi can i join you guys plse i weigh in on a tuesday too, do you all weigh at home or any of you going to clubs ive got ww scales they are great. hoping to lose i did sw a little while ago and lost 8lb so hoping to lose by counting kcals i keep trying to convince myself thats why its all listed on the packets. x:)

    I'm also a Tuesday weigher even though I check the scales everyday in the morning (bad habit but I can't resist:rolleyes:). I only record my Tuesday weight and find it easier to weigh myself than go to any sw/ww group. I lost 5lb this week which I was really happy about, hoping for more than a pound next week too.

    Hi Chocaslim! I think if you managed to lose on sw then you should be good with calorie counting. My sister lost a ton of weight on the sw plan but I personally find calorie counting much easier for some reason, I think its because I am really determined to loose this time.

    Anyway, hope it's okay that I just added myself into the Tuesday weighers without asking?!:rolleyes: Good luck for next week everyone.;)

    Hi Everyone! Lost 3lbs this week, really pleased with that. I don't really know if anyone is still updating there weight here?? If not I think I'll stop as well...

    I lost 2lbs this week. Really pleased with that as its my TOTM and I didn't think I would lose anything.
