tummy noises

hey guys

back on the diet again...but this time I'm on my second day and my tummy is making weird noises lol and i need to go out in half an hour, could be quite embarrassing as its quite loud...have you guys had this, if so how'd you get rid of it??

its really loud and noticeable though, but i can't stay in i HAVE to go out as i have my friends keys that he needs today...
