Tuna fish cake recipe

Hi

I don't know if this helps - not tuna - but you might be able to substitute tuna instead?? My brother swears by this recipe.

Thai Salmon Burgers

(Serves 2, makes 4 burgers)

4 boneless, skinless salmon fillets
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste (2 syns)
thumb-size piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1 handful coriander, chopped
frylight



Tip the salmon into a food processor with the paste, ginger, soy and chopped coriander. Pulse until roughly minced. Tip out the mix and shape into 4 burgers. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, then fry the burgers for 4-5 mins on each side, turning until crisp and cooked through.

Can also be cooked in the oven

Ooooo these sound good, i like fishcakes too, deffo going to try these ?

When ever I try and make fish cakes this way without breadcrumbs or flour they turn out like mush, even if I refrigerate overnight, I dunno why
